At LISA, we are impressed by the work of Monica Wilson of CIWI, and excited to have her energy on our advisory team. CIWI provides exposure, experience, and opportunity for low-income, first-generation college students that have an interest in construction management, real estate development, civic engagement, and A&E. All of this is accomplished through internships, leadership training and mentoring.

We had the good fortune to be invited to attend a CIWI training event and were delighted to spend time interacting with the interns as well as experiencing the training program first hand.

Monica is a force for good and we are happy to be in the exploration stages of how to collaborate on broadening the talent pool and creating greater awareness of the innovation and tech opportunities in construction.
